Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Services.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Translation

These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service.
You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • RouteBox Technologies Inc. (referred to as either “RouteBox Connect”, “the Business”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” in this Agreement).
  • Country refers to Canada.
  • Service refers to Our Package Forwarding Service.
  • Package Forwarding Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Business regarding the use of the Service.
  • Platform refers to RouteBox Connect, accessible from our website and mobile application.
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Business. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service..
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, then You may not access the Service.
Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with Privacy Policy and the End-User License Agreement of the Business.
Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your personal information when You use Our Platform and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.
Our End-User License Agreement defines Your rights and restrictions in using Our Service.

Governing Law

The laws of the Country, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service. Your use of this Service may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Disputes Resolution

If You have any concerns or disputes about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Business.

Prohibited Items

Our package forwarding service does not accept dangerous goods, hazardous materials, perishable items, or any items prohibited by international or local laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, flammable, explosive, toxic, or corrosive substances, as well as items requiring temperature control or refrigeration.

Size and Weight Limitations

Our service is designed for personal shopping items and is not suitable for excessively large or heavy shipments. We do not accept items such as furniture, heavy equipment, or any shipment exceeding 40 pounds (18.14 kg) in weight or 30 cubic feet (0.85 cubic meters) in volume. Any package exceeding these limits will be refused or returned at the sender’s expense.

Eligible Items

Our service is primarily intended for personal shopping items, including but not limited to clothing, accessories, electronics, and small household goods. All items must comply with our size, weight, and safety restrictions.

Monthly Package Collection

Package collection is counted based on the number of deliveries we receive on Your behalf in a given month, not the number of packages delivered. For example:
If three packages are delivered at once by the same retailer, it will be counted as one collection.
This applies to Your monthly plan limits.

Unused Collections Rollover

Unused collections from the previous month do not roll over to the following month. Each month’s collection limit is reset at the start of the new billing cycle, and any unused collections will expire. Customers are encouraged to utilize their full collection allocation within the monthly billing cycle to maximize the value of their plan.

Transfer of Collection Balance

Collection balances cannot be transferred to another individual or account. The collection limit is tied exclusively to the account holder’s plan and is non-transferable. Each account must use its own collection balance within the applicable monthly billing cycle.

Overage Fees

If You exceed Your monthly package limit and do not upgrade to a higher plan, an Overage Fee will be charged each time You send a package beyond Your limit.

Delivery Fees

Most plans include at least one weekly free delivery. If You request delivery outside of the scheduled delivery day or require more than one delivery per week, a delivery charge will apply.

Subscription Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same day You initially signed up until You cancel Your subscription.
Failure to make payment will result in refusal of Your package(s) at our facility, or if the package is already collected, You will be billed at the Pay-As-You-Go rate before the package is forwarded or delivered.

Preferred Shipping Method

If no default shipping method is arranged, customers must notify Us of their preferred shipping method once they receive a package collection notification. Failure to provide this information may delay the forwarding process.

Cancellations and Refunds

If You have used the service after subscribing, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

Storage Fees

Packages held for more than five days will incur a storage fee of $10 per week, with a minimum charge of one week. Storage fees will continue to accrue until the package is delivered, collected, or forwarded.

Operating Hours

We accept packages Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Delivery attempts made outside of these hours may require Your retailer to reattempt delivery on the next business day. We are not responsible for any charges incurred for redelivery by Your retailer. To avoid delays, You should advise Your retailer of our operating hours and ensure deliveries are made within the specified window.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse, return, or dispose of any package that violates these terms without prior notice. The sender or recipient will be responsible for any associated costs, including return shipping or disposal fees.

Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays resulting from the shipment of prohibited or ineligible items. Customers are responsible for ensuring their packages comply with these terms before forwarding.

Terms and Conditions Changes

Although most changes are likely to be very minor, We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We encourage our visitors to frequently check this page for any changes to Our Terms and Conditions. Your continued use of this Service after any change in this Terms and Conditions will constitute Your acceptance of such changes. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the Service.
