- Once we receive your package, we consolidate and forward it to your location using trusted carriers.
3 Do I need to pay for a subscription to use your service?
Yes, a subscription is required. We offer four flexible options to suit your needs. All subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Check out our pricing page for details.
4 How is package collection calculated?
Package collection is counted based on the number of deliveries we receive on your behalf in a given month, not the number of packages delivered. For example: If three packages are delivered at once by the same retailer (delivery driver), it will be counted as one collection. This applies to your monthly plan limits.
5 What types of packages can you forward?
We can forward most items, including clothing, electronics, and household goods. However, some restricted items like large appliances, furniture, hazardous materials or perishables are not be eligible at this time.
6 How long does it take to receive my package?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you choose. We’ll provide tracking information to keep you updated.
7 What happens if my package is damaged or lost?

On the retailer’s website or mobile app, enter our business address as the delivery address. Make sure to include your account number after your full name in the following format: First Name Last Name C/O [Account Number]. For example, John Doe C/O RB1000ID.
